Andrea is currently a student at the University of Winnipeg. You may have seen her performing earlier this summer at the Carol Shields Festival of New Works with the Lucrezia crew, and as Brenna in a preview of Sharon Bajer’s new musical Hersteria. You may have also seen her in such wholesome roles as solvent-abuser Leain in Montana (Theatre Anywhere) for last year’s Fringe, and as a 1920s prostitute in Welded (Theatre Anywhere) for O’Neill Fest. Andrea is thrilled to finally explore her dark side in the role of murdering seductress Lucrezia. Andrea is honoured to be working with such a talented team. Thank you especially to Joseph for his amazing work, Jeff & Carson for their wonderful direction and choreography, and Kathryn & Michelle for their talents in organization and patience. Thank you for coming, and enjoy the show!
Simon Miron is happy as a clam to be part of Lucrezia Borgia. He is totally stoked to be working with such a great cast. In his 11th Fringe performance, Shawn finally gets to stab someone! Shawn is the proud inventor of such exciting Beer Tent games as "Eyeball-Porn-Fork" and "Punch Dexter" and now introducing the "Beer Tent Board Game!" (Check your Jenny's people!) With the help of his sidekick – beer – Shawn is the intrepid host of both karaoke and the greatest cast party tradition of all time!
Derek studied theatre at the U of W where he received his BAH. Recent theatre appearances include The Gondoliers (G&S Soc. of Wpg.), A Comedy of Errors (Theatre By The River), and Assassins (Dry Cold). He will be seen next as Valentine in Shakespeare's Two Gentlemen of Verona (Theatre by the River), in August at the Assiniboine Park Cricket Pavilion. Derek is so thankful to have had the chance to work on Lucrezia Borgia with such a friendly, talented group of people.
Lucrezia Borgia marks Kami's 12th Fringe Festival performance, and she is very excited to be playing the role of Princess Sunchips (Sancia). Her most recent appearances have been in BLOODSUCKERS!, Illuminati, and Conclave; Joseph Aragon, and Kiss the Giraffe's previous musical Fringe hits. She may also be remembered from the CBC fringe blogs (2005), Edmonton sketch comedy Fringers Cheese Tea Presents... (2002), and the Winnipeg Fringe's "hidden gem" We've Got Monkeys (2001). She also regularly performs Murder Mysteries with 'Murder on the Menu', and hosts Karaoke at various Manitoba locations.
Matt is a fringe rookie. A graduate of Oak Park High School, he now in the Theatre Arts Performance Program at Calgary's Mount Royal College and he is very excited to be back home and working with such a great group. Matt recently appeared in Mount Royal College's presentations of The Remittance Man and Ah! Wilderness in Calgary. In Winnipeg he has appeared in Danny Schur's Strike! The Musical at Theatre in the Park and the Strike! POC. Thanks to family and friends for support. Enjoy the show!

Heather is enjoying the opportunity to "just perform" in Joseph's latest musical! Previous credits include the hit musicals Illuminati ('05) and Bloodsuckers! (`04); as head of Kiss the Giraffe Productions she brought these (far cheesier) musicals, as well as Conclave (`06), to the Winnipeg Fringe. Most recently she was seen as `Sarraghina` in Dry Cold Productions` NINE - The Musical and “Miss Lynch” in Rainbow Stage’s Grease. She has appeared at FemFest (Stories from Brown Girl Jouvay, 2005) and several other Fringe shows, including The Unlikely Sainthood of Madeline McKay and Sorority Girls Slumber Party Massacre: The Musical. Heather works as a drama educator for Manitoba Theatre for Young People and Prairie Theatre Exchange, a facilitator for Elections Manitoba workshops, as well as a voice teacher, actor, voice-over actor, and freelance writer. Sometimes she manages to do the dishes too. Love and thanks to parents, family and friends for all of their support; special hugs to her tolerant husband and beautiful daughter.
Hey folks. The name's Dexter Barcellano and I'm happy to be working in Fringe this year once again. This is my second fringe show and again the cast/crew have been extremely helpful/nice to me. So much talent in this show! Glad you can come and watch us. Hope you enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed performing it for you.
Ian is new to the acting/singing field. It's something he's always wanted to try and finally the opportunity came up. He's looking forward to the new adventure, and is sure it will be a great one. Ian would like to thank his family for their encouragement and for putting up with the time spent away from them during rehersals. He is also looking forward to garroting a few people.
Stephanie is thrilled to be in her first production with Jeff Kohut in the director's chair. Not her first and hopefully nowhere near her last with the amazing Joseph Aaragon. You might remember her last appearance in Conclave playing a Las Vegas Jesus, as well as a reporter in Illuminati, in past Fringe Festival shows. She's also been in Rainbow Stage productions such as, South Pacific, Big -the musical and Miss Saigon as well as several Fantasy Theatre for Children productions. Stephanie is so happy to be working with such great personalities and talents. She would like to thank her family and friends for all their love and support. And to the (crazy) cast, she would just like to say, break a leg, you're all amazing! The Legend · The Cast
